Registration Fees
The following registration fees apply to the ICLARS Palermo 2026 Conference.

What the Fee Includes
The registration fee includes conference activities and related expenses, as well as participation in the cultural programme. It also includes coffee breaks, an evening reception, and working lunches during the three conference days.
Gala Dinner Supplement
Participation in the Gala Dinner at Palazzo Asmundo is not included in the conference registration fee.
Additional payment of 100 € at the time of registration.
Seating is limited and subject to availability, on a first come, first served basis.
Notes
- ICLARS members who have paid at least the ICLARS annual fees for 2025 and 2026 are eligible for reduced conference registration fees.
- Non-members who wish to apply for ICLARS membership may do so through the official ICLARS website. If accepted as members, they may benefit from the reduced conference fee, provided that they have paid the ICLARS annual fee for 2026.
- The fee for accompanying persons includes participation in the cultural programme scheduled.
- If accompanying persons wish to attend the Gala Dinner at Palazzo Asmundo, a supplement of €100 will also apply.
